Order processing
Every Formless item is printed and produced to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (drops, holidays), production may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping times & rates
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 5-9 business days. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at fadalkun1@gmail.com.

Address changes
Because production begins shortly after you order, we can only update shipping addresses within a few hours of purchase. Contact us right away if you need to make a change.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, contact us at fadalkun1@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
